National Competition Rules Updated
Following a consultation exercise, the Board of the SRU have approved an updated set of National Competition rules.
Murrayfield advise that as there are significant changes this year, all clubs playing league / cup rugby should review the Rules prior to the start of the new season.

Glasgow North Associate Club Meeting
Prior to the SRU AGM on 5th August, representatives from the Associate Member Clubs in Glasgow North Region are invited to attend a Meeting at Lanark Rugby Club on 18th July to elect 2 Representatives from the Associate Clubs to attend the AGM at Murrayfield and vote as instructed by the Associate Clubs.

BT Cup Draws
We now have a League Cup competition as well as the Cup. The Cup is being contested between the 10 Premier Clubs, plus the top 6 National 1 Clubs. The remaining 30 National League Clubs will take part in the League Cup.
