Scottish Rugby have published the West Regional leagues for season 2019/20.
The first leagues games kick-off on 31st August, and if it all goes to plan, the season will be done on 1st February for West 1 and 2.
West 3 looks to be slightly different with a Pro 14 style Conference system perhaps in place. Play Clubs in your own pool twice, and once against those in the other pool.

Looks like errors on 16 November in West1.3 duplicate fixtures from 31 August. Presumably DO play Cambuslang then, otherwise we only play them once!
