Round 7 of the World Rugby HSBC 7s is taking place in Hong Kong this weekend with both men and women representing Scotland.

The top 3 in West 1 are all playing this weekend, with EK v Garnock looking the choice of the games.

In West 2, Paisley, who are on a bit of a run, are looking to bring Lenzies unbeaten league record to an end, whilst in West 3, the contest between Mull and Cowal also looks a pretty tight one to call.
