West 3 Update - 27th March 2019
With only a few weeks remaining, there's plenty of action left in both West 1 and West 2, and not to be outdone, the weekends result in the top of the table clash in West 3 made thing just as exciting in the title battle there too.

Lenzie had the league sewn up a few weeks ago, so Saturday was a bonus celebration day as they were officially presented with the title. Their guests were Wigtownshire who are fighting their own battle down at the foot of the table, so they weren't going to give Lenzie an easy day.

It was a victory each for the top 3 in West 1 which means that with two games left, Glens are ahead of EK by four points, and Greenock by 11 (but Greenock do have four games left to play), whilst Garnock, who didn't have a game on Saturday, are now out of the title race.

West 3 Update - 20th March 2019
The big game this weekend sees the two promotion contenders fighting it out for pole position.
A couple of weeks ago it was WD who came out of top and took 1st place from the medics with a 34-13 victory, so Uni Medics will be seeking revenge this weekend. But based on the last game, it will be a tough ask for the Uni boys.
West 2 Update - 20th March 2019
The title and sole promotion spot in West 2 was decided a couple of weeks ago with Lenzies win at Strathaven. However, they're still on for the "Grand Slam", having won 16 from 16. Meanwhile, at the foot of the table, there's still plenty of action to come.

Due to the weather we only had two West 1 games at the weekend, a win for Glens at Cumnock, and a win for Irvine in their derby game at Kilmarnock.

Concluding round of the 2019 6 Nations with Wales going for the Mens Grand Slam, but England & Wales are still in with a chance of lifting the title.
In the Womens Championship, England are going for the Grand Slam, whilst in the Under 20s it's Ireland looking for a Slam.
