Agenda 3 - Club Sustainability Award
Within the Agenda 3 proposal, the SRU will be replacing the Participation Agreement payments with the Club Sustainability Award and Minimum Operating Standard payments.
The Club Sustainability Award aims to encourage Clubs to grow in a sustainable way and over 3 year planning cycles.

There's a change at the top of West 1 following Kilmarnocks convincing 53-14 home win against Helensburgh. It's not the full story though as both the Glens and Garnock matches were off due to unplayable pitches. Glens are a point behind Kilmarnock with Garnock another two behind, but both have a game in hand on Kilmarnock.

Coach & Referee Study of Concussion in Wales
A study in the September 2017 edition of the BMJ Open Sport &
Exercise Medicine from Griffin SA, Ranson C, Moore I, et al which
assessed the knowledge and experience of various aspects of concussion
among coaches and referees involved in Welsh amateur rugby union.
The study identified a number of concussion-related misconceptions, especially in regard to prevention, clinical consequences and management, and emphasises an important need for further education.
