East Kilbride and Lenzie get share of Murrayfields CSF Capital and Revenue fund

The CSF Capital and Revenue fund is one of the mechanisms Scottish Rugby is using to help Clubs modernise their facilities.  For season 2023/24, this fund had £250,000 on offer and both East Kilbride and Lenzie have been successful in their applications and will get a share of the pot for "floodlight system upgrade".

Five other Clubs across Scotland will also share in the fund, with Bannockburn, Dalkeith, Highland, Shetland and GHK being named alongside our West league colleagues. Their projects range from Clubhouse upgrades, installation of solar panels, pitch redevelopment to employing a Business Development Manager.

With only 24 applications received to the fund, there must be plenty more Clubs out there who have works they need funding for, so get planning for the next biggie from Murrayfield - the Major Capital grants, however only two facility development projects will be funded.
