With league leaders Strathendricks game off on Saturday, Uddingston made the most with a 34-23 victory away at Strathaven closing the gap on the leaders to one point - however, it now means that Endrick have two games in hand.
Loch Lomond kept up their fight for second spot with a 30 points to 7 win away at Wigtownshire - they're 6 behind Uddingston, and with a game in hand.
Arran are still rooted to the foot of the table having lost 29-14 to Bishopton, whilst Birkmyre had a big 56 points to 7 win at home against Moffat. The results mean Birkmyre move ahead of Strathaven into fourth, and leaves only two points between Moffat, Wigtownshire and Police Scotland in 7th, 8th and 9th places, each have two games remaining.
Due to the Bowl quarter finals, there are only three league games scheduled for this Saturday - Police Scotland host Strathaven, Uddingston host Wigtownshire and Moffat host Arran.
