SRU Player Welfare Workshop - Resources

The SRU have published the slideshow from the recently held Player Welfare Workshop which ran across the country in the run-up to the new season.





They have also put together a new ‘Eat Clean’ video resource which includes Scottish Rugby stars sharing advice on healthy eating.
