West Results (Male) - 9th May 2018

We have a few games in West Region tonight, each of which has an impact in the Championship and relegation battles in West 1 and West 2.

1) Waterlogged pitch

The bonus point win for Garnock moves them to within 4 points of Carrick, whilst Cambuslangs bonus point win is surely enough for them to maintain their West 1 status.

In West 2, Strathendrick stretch their lead at the top following their big win against Birkmyre, whilst the vagaries of the Scottish weather means Loch Lomond v Millbrae is off due to a waterlogged pitch.

    So was the pitch at Loch Lomond really flooded or could Millbrae not raise a team to travel and could not afford to have more points docked?
