At the top, both first and second won - Cambuslang 34-13 v Waysiders and Newton Stewart 20-16 at Cumnock. Perhaps importantly though, Newton Stewart failed to pick up a four try bonus, which means Cambuslang extend their lead by one to 7 points.
Paisleys defeat at Lenzie is probably the leagues only surprise of the weekend, and means there was a change of position amongst the chasing pack. Clydebanks 33-12 victory at Cumbernauld means they swap places with Paisley, whilst Lenzie move ahead of WD in the battle for seventh place.
