Scottish Rugby President, Rob Flockhart, invites all clubs across Scotland to the 2017 Club Development Conference on Sunday 24 September at BT Murrayfield (10am-4pm).
Clubs can hear from Gregor Townsend on his plans for Scotland and how he creates successful cultures and environments.
Mark Dodson will present an update to clubs on Agenda 3, Scottish Rugby’s Blueprint on Sustainable Clubs while Dominic McKay will introduce the Expo Area and discuss the importance of Sponsors.
The Conference will also include key updates on the domestic game and four good practice workshops, on Income Generation, Retaining Players, Attracting & Retaining Volunteers and Successful Club Culture, will be led by clubs.
The conference is free for up to three people per club and includes lunch and refreshments.
