West Region Predictor Challenge - 28th September 2019

Another small drop in the Predictor success rate this week, but at 71% it's not to be sniffed at.  We have another 100% entry this week, whilst in the Leaderboard, a previous weeks leader returns to the top of the table.

Across the weekends results the Predictor scored 10 from 12, with an success average across all entrants of 71%.

The Odds on the Cambuslang v Oban game were pretty tight, so it's perhaps not a surprise the Predictor got this one wrong, but the same can't be said for the Bishopton v Birkmyre game.

Our entrants had Bishopton down as heavy favourites (82%:18%), but it was the visitors who took the victory 35 nil.

The rest of the results went as expected, but it could have be so different.

East Kilbride won by a couple of points against Garnock, thanks to a late penalty, whilst the Helensburgh v Cumnock sounds like it could have gone either way in a 76 point thriller.

Big congratulations to BrunoLRFC for scoring 100% this week (for the second time this season) and behind Bruno, we have seven entrants scoring 11 from 12.

David McCrae returns to the top of the Leaderboard with a score of 49 from 55 correct from the games played - an 89% success rate.  Last weeks leader, Wrighty, falls to third with The Officiator a new entrant in second place.

BrunoLRFC may have scored 100% on two occasions, however this is only enough for a joint 7th place on the Leaderboard.

We had 79 entrants this week, submitting 662 predictions across the games played.  Since the start of the season, we've had 166 entrants submitting a total of 6,539 predictions - 4,805 of them being correct, giving an average success rate of 73.5%.
