Murrayfield has issued notification to Members that the 2020 AGM will resume on Tuesday 22 December 2020 at 6pm.
AGM Stage 2 was adjourned on 26 November 2020 by President Ian Barr until the Scottish Rugby Union financial statements for financial year 2019/20 could be put before members.

Scottish Rugby Return to Rugby Levels Framework
Following the Scottish Governments move to a new Strategic Approach to coronavirus outbreak management, Scottish Rugby have published a Return to Rugby Levels Framework (replacing the Return to Rugby Roadmap), in line with the Strategic Approach.
The Framework outlines what is and is not permitted at Clubs based on the government level of public health protection within their Local Authority area.
In addition to the activities outlined in the levels, your Club must have a Covid-19 Safety Coordinator in place and an appropriate risk assessment must have been undertaken.

Return to Rugby - Phase 4
It's good news folks, Scottish Rugby have today confirmed that we move to Stage 4 of Return to Rugby from Monday (14th September).
As of Monday, modified full contact activities and small sided games (restrictions apply) can resume for all age groups (excluding P1-3 age groups).
This allows the return of 1v1 tackling, 1v1 scrums, modified lineouts and rucks. Mauls and full scrums are still not permissible.

Scottish Rugby Council Governance Task Force Disbanded
The Scottish Rugby Council have announced that their governance Task Force has been disbanded. This follows last weeks public announcement that Scottish Rugby Board would not engage with the group until after the AGM and Ian Barr was President.

Scottish Rugby Council Taskforce on governance confirmed
Scottish Rugby’s President Dee Bradbury will convene a taskforce comprising of Council and Board members to consider the governance of Scottish Rugby. Their findings will be presented to Scottish Rugby’s Council. This initiative follows the Council meeting held on 27 February. In the subsequent communication to member clubs on 2 March, Scottish Rugby committed to ensuring that clubs were informed of the Taskforce membership.
