West Region Fixtures - 29 October 2016

East Kilbride should have a comfortable day away at Helensburgh, so match of the day in West 1 is probably going to be Carrick v Garnock - 2nd v 4th.

In West 2, the big game will be Cambuslang v Paisley, 1st v 3rd, a slip up for Cambuslang will give Stewartry a chance to go top if they win their game at Lenzie with a bonus point.

In West 3, Strathendrick take on 7th place Bishopton, whilst Uddingston welcome bottom of the table Police Scotland, so expecting both home teams to pile on a few points against the sides struggling in the relegation battle.

In West 4, the top two are both on the road, with Glasgow Uni Medics at Cowal and Lanark at Argyll & Bute - a couple of tough journeys, but they should both be away wins.
